TRAINING

Training this year is going to be very different to what we are use to at GCU. For the first time ever, we have set training conveners on our committee. Together with our team captains and endurance convener a set training plan will be constructed for each term. 

Our three fantastic TCs will then be responsible for carrying out the plans to all our other members.

Along with having a couple of set sessions per week, there will also be casual group runs and a gym session.

​

Training is not only for the elite. There will be many groups, of differing pace so that everyone can be part of the team. Whether you're a budding Olympian or running for your first time!
